  • Hands of Mercy Home Health Care, LLC understands that because primary caregivers work hard to provide the best possible care for their loved ones, they also need to set aside time for themselves. We know how exhausting caregiving can be, and our Respite Care services enable them to take a break and relax.

Virginia Medicaid covers 480 hours per year of Respite Care to provide primary caregivers with time to rest and recuperate.

Our Respite Care services enable primary caregivers to take time off without sacrificing the wellbeing of the individuals under their care. We provide temporary caregivers so that your loved ones will still receive the attention and assistance they need while their primary caregivers are on leave.

  • As much as you might want to, you cannot be with your elderly or disabled loved ones 24/7. Nevertheless, their safety is always of paramount importance, even when you are away.
